The original Superfood for horses!  Condition & Compete is a highly palatable, high energy feed containing a unique blend of stabilised rice bran, stabilised hemp, sunflower hearts, pumpkin seeds, linseed and fenugreek.  Suitable as a healthy alternative for all horses and ponies requiring weight gain, show preparation, or to fuel the energy requirements of competition horses in intense work. 

Horses fed energy sources high in sugar and starch may develop metabolic disorders, laminitis and colic.  Conditioning and competition mixes based on wheat, corn, barley and molasses can be as high as 75% sugar and starch.  Condition & Compete is a high energy feed based on naturally stabilised, highly nutritious oil seeds and rice bran with high levels of omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, essential amino acids and digestible fibre.  With added calcium, magnesium and natural source vitamin E, plus over 100 antioxidants for protection from free radical damage, allowing horses to work harder and recover more efficiently afterwards. 

As you would expect from Thunderbrook, this high quality feed is all natural source - contains no fillers, binders, synthetic preservatives or chemically made vitamins.  Just natural goodness.

Feeding instructions:  A complementary feeding stuff for horses.  See feeding guide for amounts.  Best fed with Thunderbrook Equestrian Pure Essentials Base Mix which will provide high levels of balanced vitamins and minerals.  For best results, avoid feeding with processed chaffs, mixes and pellets - instead feed with Base Mix and unprocessed straights such as grass nuts, whole oats for germinating, etc.

Feeding Guide:  Youngstock, Broodmares, Stallions, Competition Horses in heavy work or Convalescing Horses.  Feed from 50g to 200g per 100kg bodyweight per day depending on activity level and weight gain requirements.  Split larger amounts between multiple meals per day.  Damp down to feed.  For example, a 500kg horse fed 250g to 500g per day (one to two large mugfuls) - a 20kg sack will last from 1.5 to 3 months approx. 

Analysis:  Crude protein 15.5%, Crude Oils and Fats 24%, Crude Fibres 8.5%, Crude Ash 12.5%, Vitamin E 400mg/kg.
