'I have used Pure Essentials on my section C mare with Metabolic syndrome and a good friend used it on a mare who was constantly tying up and she was at her wits end. Her vets had tried everything.
I have fed it to my horse prone to laminitis and I have knowledge of several other people in Wales trying it for laminitics all with the same great results.
It is an amazing feed, brilliant feed concept, all my ponies and cobs are now on this regime, a couple now have dapples on their coats, bearing in mind its December, they have coats like mirrors and are fantastically sound.
I can only say how exited I am about this feed', - Clare Willis-Burton, Pentrefelin Stud, Wales, UK.

"Hi Thunderbrook, I thought I'd forward you this photo of Vicky and Declan taken this weekend, hard to believe that our pony very nearly never made it on 22nd December!!! It's been hard work but as you can see, worth it as now back in full work and getting ready for the show season to begin. Vicky is such a different shape all over, its all rather odd for me to see! She looks as though she's been 'deflated' and she was not a typical fat pony to start with. Remarkable! The vet saw her and was very impressed!! The major differences are the reduction in cresty neck, less puffiness above the eyes. Her hoof growth and coat quality are brilliant too. Thank you again for all your help and advice and for the fantastic food which has done wonders for this little mare". from Debbie, Declan & Vicky the pony.
'Apple' suffered with laminitisDear Debbie, I am writing to tell you how grateful I am to have discovered Gut-Cleanse and Gut-Balancer for my horses which I rescued 3 years ago. I had a vet out to Secret for about 1 year, they could not make out what was the matter with her digestion. I heard about your Gut-Cleanse so I tried it over a period of 3 months and now she is wonderful. I would also like to say how pleased I am with my rescued Section A pony. I put her on Gut Balancer for laminitis because she was very lethargic and had laminitis, and she is now back out on grass and gallops around her field. They both enjoy the Base Mix and it saves me so much money because I only have to feed such small amounts. Many thanks, Mrs P Chamberlain, Norfolk.
Katie had digestion problemsKatie is an 11 year old Thoroughbred who had been fed and wormed normally since we got her as a 2 year old. We had noticed that conventional chemical wormers were inclined to upset her
digestion and, on veterinary examination, as there was no indication of infestation we refrained from following the recommended conventional worming programmes and opted for a herbal parasite
control as required.
Katie was fed on 20 lbs of Timothy and Ryegrass hay per day as well as her hard feed which was herbal chaff, conditioning nuts plus cooked linseed, a vitamin & mineral supplement, garlic
and a magnesium calmer plus pre and pro biotic powders. She slowly developed a form of Irritable Bowel Syndrome and bouts of diarrhoea which repeated visits from the vets were unable to
cure. Courses of codeine phosphate alleviated the symptoms but only temporarily - they always came back.
Following consultation with Debbie Carley we went for a radical change to Katie’s diet. She now has the Base Mix plus Gut-Balancers following a course of Gut Restore. Debbie’s natural
feed balancers and herbal additives are clearly working and Katie has improved beyond recognition in the few weeks we have used Debbie’s preparations. More importantly, we have not had any more
expensive veterinary call outs!! Nicky Prince, Norfolk

A big thank you Thunderbrook for your expertise and feed supplement suggestions. My Cushings cob on permanent medication has regained a large proportion of her original sparkle and obviously feels very much better despite her age (31) and underlying medical condition.

Milly's behaviour is much calmerMilly is an Egyptian Arab that used to race. Although kind and loving like most Arabs she could get fizzy and buck if you didn't let her gallop at full speed (especially towards home!). If
you tried to slow her down she would resent it and buck again! This was quite annoying. She's been on Equine Pure Essentials Base Mix, dried grass, and now and again your Organic Oats for a few
months now and I can't remember the last time she bucked!! She also seems calmer. At first we thought it was just a phase she was going through but this has been going on for months, it can't be
a coincidence. She can still be fast but is now safe. Thanks for always being on hand for advice.
Sandra, Norfolk.
Derwen Railway Express will be 32 years old in 2010. Still fertile in 2009, he will now retire from public stud duties. As a veteran, Railway's needs changed and we were
looking for a new feed to help him keep condition. He is fed Equine Pure Essentials and the Gut Balancer 'Herbs that Horses Seek'; he is bright eyed, has a shiny coat and looking very well for
his age. Batt family, Abergavenny Stud.
Hi Debbie, I am writing to you to let you know about Red.
My word....what a transformation.
Within 3 days I was seeing a different pony, my old pony that I used to know, he has gone sound, he now gallops across the field bucking and squealing, we are both squealing! He was hesitant to eat it at first, so I ate some and he then accepted it, and now clears his food in one go. He was telling me he needed it and wanted it. It smells so good, we both love it!
I CANNOT tell you how grateful I am to you, for your time to talk to me, for your research, your knowledge and your warmth to us.
I knew Red was getting toxic through his digestive system but you came along with the missing jigsaw piece and made it all a much bigger picture that made sense at long last.
With much gratitude and love,
